Coconut Dark Chocolate and Salted Almond Bark
Enjoy this easy to make delicious treat using Love Good Fats low carb, low sugar keto certified Dark Chocolatey Sea Salt & Almond bar and some shredded coconut loaded with good fats.
Serves: 10 - 12
2 Dark Chocolate Bars (roughly 160g)
2 Love Good Fats Dark Chocolatey Sea Salt & Almond Bars, finely chopped
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Pinch of sea salt
1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
3. Mix in the Love Good Fats Dark Chocolatey Sea Salt & Almond Bars bits (except for 2 tablespoons worth) and mix until well combined.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet, top with the remaining LGF bar pieces, shredded coconut and sea salt.
5. Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.
6. Break the bark into small pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
