What is the Good Fats VIP Rewards Program?

The Good Fats VIP Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for your continued support and loyalty. Sign up today to start earning points and enjoy discounts, birthday treats and exclusive offers.

The more you spend, the more rewards and perks you unlock. Move from "Start Up" Level to to Silver (1.5x point multiplier) and Gold Level (2x point multiplier) to receive sneak peeks to new innovation products, and more!

How does the Good Fats VIP Rewards Program work?

Two words - EARN and REDEEM
EARN Points
For each purchase you make on our website, you’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent (excluding shipping & taxes). There are other ways to earn points - posting product reviews; signing up for SMS offers; following us on Instagram; birthday treats and many more - please refer to "Ways to Earn Points" section above.

REDEEM Points for Discounts
The more you spend the more rewards and perks you unlock. which you can redeem in increments of $10 (100 points), $20 (200 points), $30 (300 points), or $40 (400 points) on future purchases — just log in to your Good Fats VIP account when checking out to have access to your Rewards Points.

Points expire after a year of inactivity, so the more often you shop, the longer you'll be able to hold onto your points!

Do my reward points expire?

Your points will expire after 1 year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program, earning or redeeming points.

Will I receive points for previous purchases, prior to launch of the Rewards program?

Yes! As a thank you for being a loyal customer, we've automatically added points for every purchase you've made while signed into your account since January 1, 2021.

You can log in here to see your points. If you haven't created an account yet, you can create an account here to see your existing account and point balance — just remember to use the same email you used to purchase!

*Please note: Only purchases after January 1, 2021 have been automatically attributed to customer accounts.

How long does my reward level last?

Once you are in the Silver or Gold reward level, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. Even if you redeem points that takes you below the level minimum, you will continue to stay at that level and earn more points with that level point multiplier.

Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your level (or even move up a tier)!

 

How do I apply my Good Fats Rewards points to a new order?

If you're placing a one-time order, you'll be able to use your Good Fats rewards points by following these 4 steps :

Step 1 - Login to your Love Good Fats store account

Step 2 - Go to the Rewards page (scroll to "how to use your points" section)

Step 3 - Click "REDEEM" on one of the coupons, these will be available based on how many points you have in your account.

Step 4 - A code will appear, copy and paste it at "checkout" in the "apply discount code" section.

Psst: If you’ve shopped with us before, your details may auto-populate, even if you aren’t logged in. If you don’t see your points, you're likely not logged in and can do so here.

Please Note: One discount is allowed per order. You will not be able to apply another discount in addition to your Rewards Points.

Do I need to create a separate account for rewards?

No! If you have an account with us, your awards will be visible in your account page as well as on the rewards page above (provided you are logged in).

How long does it take for the rewards points to appear in my account?

Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page.

How do I know what tier I am in?

Once logged in, you can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page.

I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?

First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.

If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu to redeem your points should be available. Please allow a few moments to load.

I redeemed my points but did not use my discount code, where can I find it?

No worries, you can find your code by logging into your account, Click on REWARDS HISTORY, you will find the # of points you have redeemed and any discount code that has not been used.

Can I share my points with someone else or another account?

You cannot share points with anyone. You can only use the points in your own account.

Will I receive points for my subscription and/or redeem reward points for my subscription orders?

Yes, you will receive points for subscription orders at the subscription item pricing.

Yes, you can purchase a subscription redeeming rewards points.

However, if you want to redeem points towards an existing subscription you will need to login to your account and apply the points prior to the subscription renewal date. This is not automated.

 

How does the Referral Program work?

For every friend you refer who places their first order through your referral link, they'll get $15 OFF on orders $60 or more (prior to shipping and taxes), and you'll get $15 worth of rewards points to apply on your next order.

How do I share my referral link?

Sign into your Good Fats account here! If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here.

Once logged in, go to the referral page, click on the copy link icon or enter your friends email(s) in the form. Share your referral link with your friends via email or text, or social media, so you can both start saving.

Please note: in the spirit of the program, self-referrals are not allowed; referred friends must be a first-time customer; restrictions apply, see Terms of Service here for details.

Do I need to have a Rewards account to refer a friend?

Please create an account, so points earned can be banked to your account. Simply add your email address and your friends' email addresses using the form in this link or in the section on this page .

Your friend will receive an email invitation, along with a referral link and coupon code. Once the person clicks the referral link in the email (it's unique to you) and places an order using the discount code (your friend will receive $15 off the first order). After that, you'll receive an email for 150 points that will be added to your account.

How do I apply a referral discount?

If you've been referred by a friend: Click their referral link to receive a unique discount code. Copy the discount code that pops up when the page loads. Then, apply that discount during checkout for your $15 discount. Please note: your order must total at least $60 before taxes and shipping.

If you've referred a friend: Once your friend completes their first order, you'll get an email confirming your $15 in reward points (150 points) has been added to your account. Login to your account to redeem your points, copy the discount code that pops up, then apply that discount during checkout.

To use your referral reward points: On your next order, you can apply your points in checkout by redeeming points on the rewards page.

Please note: we cannot retroactively apply referral discounts to previous orders.

Can I use my referral discount with another promo code?

Per our terms, only one discount is applicable per order so you will not be able to apply your referral discount with another discount code.
