Please note that all orders are sent via Canada Post.  Once your order has left our facility it becomes the responsibility of the courier.  In the rare situation that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we ask that you file a compliant directly with Canada Post.  

Further, we cannot guarantee your package will be left at your front door. Canada Post will, on occasion, deliver your order to your closest Post Office for pick up. If you choose not to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will give you a refund minus the taxes, cost of shipping and a ten dollar restocking fee.

As well, if the bars are returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be given a refund minus taxes, shipping and a ten dollar restocking fee. The refund will be issued once the bars are returned to us from the courier.

FREE Shipping is available on orders over $60 (before tax). If your order is less than $60 applicable Canada Post standard  (also known as "expedited") shipping charges will apply.

We reserve the right to correct any and all errors through the use of coupons versus sending or re-sending product(s).
