INGREDIENTS

2 cups almonds, divided
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 Love Good Fats Coconut Chocolate Chip Bar
1 Love Good Fats Peanut Butter Chocolatey Bar
4 tbsp coconut flour
4 tbsp peanut butter
A pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until they are roughly chopped. Remove half of the almonds and set aside.

2. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until mixture forms a dough. If it’s not sticking together, add a teaspoon of water.

3. Add the almonds and form bite sized balls. Squeeze the dough hard to help the mixture bind.

4. Place in the freezer to set for 1 hour.

OPTIONAL
Remove and drizzle with chocolate and top with additional coconut.
