Iām Suzie, the proud founder and CEO of Love Good Fats. At Love Good Fats we are doing everything we can to support all the front line health care workers battling C-19. We are also working to support the most vulnerable members of our community, who through the shut down of many businesses have lost their jobs and, will be relying on community food banks during this difficult time. We send our love and support from home, where we are working, to continue bringing our bars to North Americans.

The pride & remembrance run is a 5km fundraising run/walk organized and operated by the philanthropic and athletic-oriented Pride and Remembrance Association.
The pride & remembrance run is the only annual athletic event during Torontoās Pride Week, promoting and fostering community spirit, goodwill, volunteerism, and sportsmanship in the Canadian LGBTQ+ community.

We seek to transform the cycles perpetuating malnutrition and poverty by giving adolescent, pregnant, and lactating women nutritious, affordable, and locally appealing food options.ā
