INGREDIENTS

1 cup raw, unroasted pumpkin seeds
Love Good Fats Mint Chocolate Chip Bar
1 tbsp almond butter
A pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Add the pumpkin seeds to a food processor and pulse until they turn into a crumb like consistency.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until evenly combined. If the mixture isn’t sticking together, add a teaspoon of water a time.

3. Remove from the food processor and form bite sized balls.

4. Place the bites in a container and set in the freezer for an hour.
